Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available on purchased items.

Please Note (International Orders):
For international orders, if a customer refuses to accept the delivery, all related costs, including shipping fees,  VAT, and any customs charges, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, Nishat will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement of the package after delivery.

If your order is not received within 10 days, please inform us immediately. Claims made more than 10 days will not be entertained, and we will not be responsible for lost shipments.
